export not working #12

the export is ot working: fields are not correctly filled. ex:

hereditary and hemorrhagic and telangiectasia_20240125.csv

commit https://github.com/ecrin-github/MDR_FuiPortal/commit/7107677bc42a4cdea882131e9aafa12f77cbc1e8 at first glance appears to be exporting each record in one field (divided by ';'). if so, it should be easy to fix.
