missing studies #48

a test queries for the mdr is to search for keyword 'brca' since the start it is giving the same result, 293 studies. the same search on the who site https://trialsearch.who.int/ returns now 340 trials.

for example NCT06063070, from october 23 is in the repo.

NCT06516289, start date july 24, is not in our search.

so apparently we are missing some 47 studies, from the start.
