DTP: associating a study should automatically add all the DOs with this study as parent study #127

The RM shouldn't have to manually select all the DOs to check, as all of them should be added automatically when a study is associated to a DTP.

@Gerd-ECRIN thoughts? We discussed with Maria and Sergio that all DOs linked to a DTP associated study should be added as associated DOs, even the public ones (they should all appear in the generated DTA appendix).

Upload Button makes no sense if public DO are only linked to another repository. This has to be clarified first. For all other DO I agree.
