Responsive design: burger menu does not work

The burger menu in header that replaces the side bar on a small screen does not work. There is also a three-dot icon but I don't know what it is for.

Note: responsive design in general should be improved in the app (header, summary components columns width, etc.)

It was a side-effect of a previous (old) bug, both burger menu and three dots work on a small screen.
