1. Not everyone are using plugins.
2. Even tho I'm using plugins I'm not using any from the ones you mentioned.
3. Compiling "all" plugins into CFW would make it heavy.
4. Add-ons like plugins shouldnt be kept in the PSP's flash memory since if any
plugin would fail - you could end up with a bricked PSP.
About FUSA.
You dont need Fusa to play fulscreen on a LCD screen - you can use
RemoteJoyLite which doesent even require the expensive RGB component cable.
You'll use a cheap USB cable instead.
PSP is not and wont be able to render HD graphics in games.

@2
PSP>AnyPC/laptop/netbook>Big Screen LCD TV. I output a HD 1080p signal from my
netbook on a 40" LCD FullHD TV. Of course it's just resized 480x272 with some
enchancement filters.
About HD.Using RGB component cable (the "best" one for the PSP) XMB and Videos
can be played in HD 720p from the PSP, but games are still 480x272 and they
have a black bordr all around. So you have only a small 480x272 window in the
center of your screen that is resized to fill aproximately 1/4 of the TV's
screen.

One more thing. The use of RJL on a big screen LCD TV yelids MUCH better
results than FUSA SD with RGB component cable.
