Simplify the (X86) Kernel Implementation #80

With all techniques we learned since we started FreeNOS, virtual-memory,
I/O addressing, scheduling, context switching, and more, I believe we can
really simplify the current implementation of the Kernel. We should review
each component in the Kernel for this.
