File Color Settings Revert when Opened on Other Computers

For clarification:

I am using Obsidian sync
For some reason opening the vault on another computer reverts the settings to an early version I had with less categories and removes the cascade and outline toggles
I have it syncing plugin settings and this is the only plugin I can see that has this issue

Love this plugin otherwise
