Version number mismatch #25

Hello The version number is set to 0.3.0 in git and in qmodbus.rc. The version number is set to 1.0.0 in debian/changelog.

Is it possible to have the same in both files? Since QModbus is working fine maybe it is best to keep the version number to 1.0.0. Bests
