shields: use longCache and style flat-square, reorder #34

As discussed in edaa-org/pySVModel#14, this PR updates the shields in the README and in the index of the site.

I have followed the trend to rename master to main. (GitHub has an option in the settings to help with the rename.)

I think we should add this change here to, when we modify all the links and shields.

I don't like the rename as it creates lot's of work, but having some repos with master and some with main is also not good for sharing code snippets.
