It certainly seems so. This means Mozilla has stopped signing the extension, which needs you to disable xpinstall.signatures.required
on about:config
. Once that's done, you can install it from Releases.
This obviously will only work as long as you can keep Firefox on 56.*, which is not an easy feat. Disabling auto-update is only the beginning, but far from enough. Firefox (and its services/daemons) will insist in updating it nonetheless and your mileage may vary.
What if the page "not found" keeps showing even if the add-on is installed with xpinstall.signatures.required
?
Upon on that, the flag xpinstall.signatures.required
didn't work for me with the FF 56.*, I had to install FF developer to make that work.
I know that this add-on isn't compatible with FF 60+ (Quantum), but there are some users that are staying on FF 52 ESR specifically for this add-on.
Now the add-on page at mozilla.org is gone.

Is this add-on 100% officially dead now?
