Update DB and DB API to support additional metadata in UI

Add name, date, start time, end time, status, scripts columns to tests table
Add additional endpoint(s) to DB API so users can update/edit test name and system can update time and status
Add GET /tests/:id to get an individual test
Add endpoint for deleting a test
