Add: SMBv1 metric #37

Currently not working: the remediation and rollback are running infinitly in the Edamame app and in GitHub actions CI/CD.

This remediation needs a restart to be effective. Since there will be many other of those cases, we should think of a way to prompt the user to restart their computer or at least to communicate this fact.
