Hi @matuskalas

Is there any progress on this? It would be very nice if concepts mentioned on https://github.com/edamontology/edamontology/issues/360 can be added. Another question is the possibility of transferring certain terms from different ontologies? Can we transfer certain terms from another ontology to EDAM? It is often needed as a Topic to use in bio.tools. Can it be solved, if so what can I do?

Thank you very much.

Thanks for bringing this up @bayjan! Transferring would complicate most of implementations too much, so let's rather fix it properly in EDAM Bioimaging. See also the discussions in the live WebProtégé version. After it's fixed, the ML/AI concepts will need to be merged into the mainline EDAM.

Thank you as well for your very quick response! I will check the live WebProtégé version as well.
