Accumulated WebProtege group edits 2017-Sep-13 & 14 + Polishing #6

This commit accumulates the collaborative development in WebProtégé between 13th and 14th September 2017 -- at the NEUBIAS 3rd Taggathon -- and its follow-up polishing, leading from EDAM-bioimaging alpha02 to alpha03.
