What is CleanRL? #44

I have searched it up and believe it some kind of reinforcement learning implementation. If so, is it like a new backend> Can someone explain this. Does it need documentation as well?

Hey, yes it is another backend that is a bit more hackable by the end user. We will be introducing it in the upcoming Hugging Face Deep RL course. If you are interested in RL you should sign up!
