PublicationListView and FundingSourceListView are not tested (only AttributionListView) #123

Write a test that replicates the test for AttributionListView, but for PublicationListView and FundingSourceListView.

Also, it would be nice to know why this isn't tested by an integration test? Are these views accessible to the user through one of the integration test workflows?
