Example refers to hardcoded path

Example is not actually run-able as there is a hardcoded path and no way to get that data.

Yep, was dumped in there so you had something to look at rather than being well-considered as a useful example for others. I can send you the data if you want to try running it.

We should probably do something about this. Options:

• Include the data into the repo. It's not that much, is it? It's not expected to change and if it does change due to, e.g., conventions, it's line-based, so git will be able to handle it efficiently if need be.
• Make the filenames arguments to the example scripts, so we don't have a hardcoded path in there. Doesn't imply that anyone can run it afterwards but would at least make that clear from the start.
• Remove the example script as it might be considered a bad example if it is not runnable (and might therefore get out of sync).

Also, if we don't choose an option that makes it runnable, we should rename it such that it's not picked up by pytest or configure pytest correctly.
