Make Ed-DaSH logo appear on every page #22

I think appearing top left on every page would be great.

The Drummond lab website does this. Their code is on github

I think that their header is specified in _includes/themes/lab/default.html

Hopefully could correct all the main design issues during the upcoming days, though having very limited time from now.
