Chris -as discussed, this chapter will be replaced with Functions, which we skipped in the 'basic' section of the course

Functions is now in the "best practices" lesson on Day 1, rather than in Pandas on Day 2. Pandas episodes have been renumbered to reflect this. This issue is now irrelevant
