r project #2

do you recommend that each of us create an "r project" for this project? if so, best to create it the "supercooldatascienceproject" directory rather than a sub-directory?

I don't want to dictate this in the structure of the repo but I definitely create an R project locally for these repos. Basic process is here:

Definitely a good idea to favor a more "flat" structure. My local versions of repos live in my main user directory.
