Export a dummy object in BH #11

So we can import it, and suppress the R CRAN check NOTE:

* checking dependencies in R code ... NOTE
Namespace in Imports field not imported from: ‘BH’
  All declared Imports should be used.

packages’ of the ‘Writing R Extensions’ manual.
