type_trains should be type_traits

Thanks for catching it. I'll also fix it in DESCRIPTION -- and most importantly in the actual creator script CreateBoost.sh !

Thanks Dirk. I found it in my exploring to silence the Stan Boost warning about the deprecated header template_arity_spec.hpp (Boost ticket #11886). I'm glad you were able to catch it in a couple of other places.

Yes, compilation with Boost / BH can generate an obscene amount of warnings under the settings we commonly use for R. I always hope that it may get better 'next release' but no luck so far.

I have not had the energy to chase it over all the Boost libraries. Maybe we should, so kudos for filing a ticket.
