I surely do! Thanks for doing this.
By now my PPA has caught up so I have 1.16 myself now; no change needed for RQuantLib -- that is always good to know.
I may toss in a quick swap of tinytest for RUnit and should then be ready to call it 0.4.10 and throw it at CRAN before they close. We have a clean slate there so should be easy.
Come to think about it then I'd need r-cran-tinytest in Debian now as well so I may hold off on that.
(But still ship to CRAN)
This took an unholy amount of time so I hope you appreciate it. Updates quantlib on Windows to the latest 1.16 and adds support the forthcoming GCC 8+ toolchain.
