Merged master back in and then edited curve fit to take longer dated instruments. Also extended max dat to 2199.

Passed all checks for pull request but inexplicably failed R CMD check at runit.dates.R .setUp (previous merged version failed as well). Will need to figure out.

Travis saw no issue with the test.

I, however, just had to comment five or so issues. Please fix.

deleted files, updated ChangeLog, minor date change in code

New fork of master will be created and modded, tested, then reopen pull
