Download only new/updated #48

I don't want to have to re-download everything when games are added or updated. Is this currently possible, and I'm just missing it, or would this be an enhancement request?

The same for files which fail the verify, can we download only those?

Ok, I didn't read my test correctly. It already handles this properly.
