Broken dependency in JAXB Facebook Java Library #302

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run the install goal
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A jar file instead of [ERROR]BUILD ERROR 

The plugin 'org.jvnet.jaxb2.maven2:maven-jaxb2-plugin' does not exist or no
valid version could be found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Am working with 3.0.4-SNAPSHOT.  OS is Win XP SP3 

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like the version # is missing.  Tried to put in the latest version.
But still didn't work.  Could this be in a different repository?

I uncommented out the repository xml then added the latest version #.  This 
worked to
compile the library.

Hi what it the current stable build?  Seems many tagged and trunk versions don't
build due to missing dependencies.
