"Clone" link in Contributing page uses wrong URL #136

Description

The "Clone" link in the Contributing page does not take you to the right part of the page in the GitHub docs.

The current URL points to https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/quickstart/fork-a-repo#step-2-create-a-local-clone-of-your-fork

I believe the correct URL is https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/quickstart/fork-a-repo#cloning-your-forked-repository
