[DOCS] Outdated GitHub Docs links #142

Description

A few links in the CONTRIBUTING.md file are using the old help.github.com domain. docs.github.com should be used instead.

Steps to contribute

  1. Fork the project here
  2. Create a new branch named update_github_links.
  3. Open the docs/CONTRIBUTING.md file.
  4. Search for links using help.github.com and replace them with docs.github.com. The complete link might've changed, so you may want to check the link by searching the article.
  5. Commit and push your changes.
  6. Create a pull request.
  7. You're done now! 🎉 You just need to wait until the maintainers review your PR.
