Need more issue templates #114

Description

In the livestream Building a portfolio website with TailwindCSS, code with me #OpenSource #DevRel at the time 39:34, @tkrsh suggested to add more issue templates because up until now, there is only video template. I thought to raise an issue to keep it documented in the project and help newcomers to have a solid foundation for their first issue.
