Hi Eddie, here's the list of changes I'd like to see. All files are attached.
pictures are attached.
For Anton you also have this video (no mp4 file): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a1FVh6_uje0
where he appears for about 2 seconds between 0:08-0:10 but that may be just too much to ask.
at 1:05 where you have "Continuous Development" the text and picture don't match. This is a community gathering and the other folks on the picture are not part of the team. Given that we were the initiator for the stand you may replace with something like "community leader/shepherd" or anything along these lines. The official name of the stand was "Open Source Test Management @ FOSDEM".
at 1:35-1:40 - "Help and Support" doesn't feel good to me. It's more like "Community Help & Support" but that's more up to you.
After 1:45 and before "Subscriptions and Prices" is where the pictures team_1, team_2, team_3 should go.
1:57 "Subscriptions and Prices" -> "Subscription Plans"
1:59 - these are our "Enterprise Subscriptions" or "Enterprise Support" plans so some kind of label to distinguish from the previous scene is needed.
The picture openfest18_stand.jpg you can put wherever you want, just to offset the fact that I appear almost everywhere else!
That is, everything else looks great.
Thanks, Alex

Brief:
We need a promo video between 2 or 3 minutes which will be shown on a 45" flat TV next to our booth at OpenExpo. We don't have public references from customers yet so we want to use our community presence to showcase the project instead.
OpenExpo appears to be bigger than what we expected and we'd like to send across the impression that we're taking our work very seriously b/c corporate entities kind of don't like it when you are too small.
That's why I think our best strategy here is to appeal to small and mid-sized teams, show them we do lots of opensource and community work but also show them we do have a commercial side too.
In this space (QA tools) customers are hard to convince, especially in Europe so I'm looking for a "softer" message. FOSDEM showed that if we could win somebody that would be via personal contact and discussing what they do for testing and what they need exactly.
