Decide on Bullet Points #129

There are some areas where bullet points are used and other areas where a dash is used. This should be consistent. Which way do you prefer?

Are you talking about in the sidebar or in the main body? Last we spoke, I know you recommended removing all bullet points from the sidebar right? In the main body, we'd prefer bullets.

I updated this page to use bullet points. Again, in the main body, we'd prefer to use bullets.
