compatible with ghost 5.1.1 #457

@nagaame Thank you for your contribution and sorry for the late response 😅

Your changes are correct, however more changes are needed in order to support Ghost 5 from the theme perspective.

I just released version 2.0.0 with Ghost 5 support, the changes you made in this PR are already included in the latest version 😉

I will close this PR for now but thank you again for your work 😄
