By default, the '/rss' page was a 404 page in most instances. Feedly.com offers a great experience for readers.

The RSS is generated by Ghost CMS and is always available at yourdomain.tld/rss unless you are using ghost as a headless cms. Any theme does not have to do anything with it.

If you want to use Feedly then use this integration: https://ghost.org/integrations/feedly/

However, I'm afraid that I can't merge this PR because not everyone would use Feedly, i think it's best to stick to the default RSS by default.
