Artboard conversion not working #9

When i am selecting language conversion for artboard - it is not working. It is just working when i am selecting a text layer. Can you tell me what could be the issue

I went to the exact same issue, I can only translate text layers one by one, but cannot translate any artboards. Has anyone found a way to translater the Artboards? Thank you.
