This is ongoing throughout the project. Considerable performance improvements 
were made 
by the 0.1 milestone. Javascript was compressed. PHP caching and WordPress 
caching 
added, reduced CPU load from 40% per page load to less than 4% CPU per page 
load. Joss 
will continute to work with Eddie on load tests and page profiling.
