In addition to ensuring remote commenting and embedding are available and can 
be used 
effectively, we should recognise that a lot of web content is being read via 
feed readers and ensure 
that the document content is presented in the feed in a way that prompts 
readers to comment and 
is easy to link to specific content on the document source site.
