Add Priority System to Working Orders

Priority Orders go first

Stablish a Priority Ranking for working orders, based on (possibly) 3 ID values. Priority to be determined by selecting one of three possible states for a project:

1. Urgent (high priority, stop other working projects if needed)
2. Priority (medium rank, to be prioritized above everything else, except urgents)
3. Normal (lowest rank, normal projects which are required upon a specific date)

Tuesday Update

• Rethinking of function. New settings now allow a (blue) Normal or (red) Urgent priority system to an order.
• Select Picker now added to the 'create order' form, tested on DB and now uploading work

• Priority System now updating on test database.
• Showcase this same thing (and order) on 'welcome' dashboard, to become next step
