Add filepath for drawings #4

Add availability of a design's file (by it's filepath), linked to the piece and it's description. Showing in Orders description per the link between Orders and Piezas DB.

Notes for this feature

input type file will receive the PDF file
file will be uploaded to a directory folder
Database will keep an href to the filepath
Migration will need writing down everything
if($_FILES['design']['size']>3145728))

Update

'indevtest' phase begun. Working php script on site for uploading a file to a folder, and then uploading filepath of the drawing to the database. Filepath looks to work well when executed directly.
Follow up testing to include opening a file from a php redirection.
Where will pieces be taken from then? System? Manually Updated?

Friday Update

'indevtest' phase has finished.
Encryption of file directories has been successfully achieved. URLs will no longer show sensitive information about the file or the local file directory.
Error reports apparently working ok. CSS modifications needed for 'success' window

Only pending: transfer file handler to main folders
Rearrange files to reflect above change

'filehandler' script transferred
Modifications made to 'getproduct' to reflect updates in call up to links
Pending final tests with information data.
