Incredible plugin with premium potential

Just installed 1.7.0 and it has almost everything I need to go right into production use. Just need a few things, very willing to donate to make them happen.

• Custom fields baked in would be the bees knees (for me, a link field to buy tickets externally or a ticket cost input for example)
• Url carrying the event title (website.com/event/event-title-here instead of website.com/event/1)
• I know it's mentioned, but hosts/locations is BIG for my use case.
• Filtering on calendar by location (physical location like state/province, not facility/host name).
