refacoring #8

So... i began to refactor a bit,dont know if you like it... please add some comments if not. I tried to catch all changes in master who are still needed. Not shure if i found all since tool based merging werent possible. so i tired to catch all changes by reviewing the commits on master.

I know there is still a lot to do (apply filters on db instaed of loaded objects to speed up, review init sequence --> add prefs and set up app status - add listeners - fire initial notification. But i request the merge to avoid a merging desaster if you like to add my changes later... and yes coding style, i will open an issue to discuss... ;-) Sry, i dont want to mix up formatting and logic

Sorry I probably shouldn't be working on the master branch, hence the larger amounts of commits. Hope it's okay :)
