LO-4.2 crashes on ooo2gd install #116

Version of OOo2GD: 3.0.1
Version of Java:Oracle 1.8 & 1.7
Operating System:Linux OpenMandriva 2014.1
Version of OO.org: LO-4.2
Is OO.org using Sun Java?: Oracle

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open LO-4.2 Writer. Go to Tools>Extension Manager
2. Set Option to install as user
3. Select Add to add the extension
4. Enable the extension

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the extenstion to install
Instead I get a small window pop up and then LO-4.2 immediately crashes.

Please provide any additional information below.
Running LO-4.2 from a terminal results in the following output after the crash.
