IMS droid is sending 100 asking for transfer in response of Refer from openIMS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.once openIMS is trying to send refer to the IMSDroid.
2.it is sending NOREFERSUB in the supported header field
3.we tried with attaching refer-sub=false in refer,but still getting the same 
issues

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Once openIMS is sending refer to IMSDroid,it has to send 202 accepted and then 
should forward the call to referto uri.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IMSDroid is installed on samsung galaxy phone with android 2.3 installed on it 
and I am using openIMS on linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
