Bash-ism in autogen.sh #198

autogen.sh contains a bash-ism (== instead of =) so it doesn't run cleanly in 
all environments. On Ubuntu 12.04 for example the output is:
./autogen.sh: 3: [: Linux: unexpected operator

I've attached a patch.
