On receving the invite request the stack itself is sending 100 trying and 180 Ringing afterwards it is intimating the user #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Recevie an invite Request 
2.stack is sending 100 and 180 Ringing without application concern 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
once invite is recevied it should intimate the application then application 
will trigger the stack to send 180 ringing if user wants

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
