try to remove Cache\patch-base-14545.MPQ and Cache\enUS\patch-enUS-14545.MPQ.

I have this problem also. I tried removing the files suggested by 
chuanhs...@gmail.com above, but received the same error. Log.txt below:

You have just updated your client with 4.3 patch files (which arrive soon) , 
TOC read is v4.03.00
r614 isn't compatible with it, try latest dev version instead.
