Last frame is corrupt when exporting an .FBX with animation. #257

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load an animated character model (such as Male Dwarf, but any will do)
2. Export an .FBX file with an animation (such as the Run animation)
3. Open in any .FBX-capable viewer (such as Autodesk FBX Viewer or Unity3D)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Result: The animation should play smoothly as it does in game.
Current Result: The animation "pops" at the final frame - if you view it frame
by frame, it is because the final frame is completely corrupt.
Other details: A workaround in Unity3D right now is to delete the last frame,
but this still leads to improper animation timing (a slight pop
every time the animation loops).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WMV_Installer_v0701_r614_Win64
