default display is all 5 stars #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like the control to show 5 unfilled stars before the user makes any 
choice...

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: 3.4.1
JQUERY VERSION: 1.7.1

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S): Chrome

Solved.  Examples are a bit incorrect.  Name should not be "star1".  A unique 
value is necessary for each radio button.  Then it works as expected.  Guess 
there will be no doc improvements as this appears <done>, e.g., inactive...

But, it works!

I'd really like to improve the doc for the plugin, I just haven't got the time 
or experience to produce the good documentation this plugin deserves... :-(
