Include options in documentation #146

It'd be nice to see a table of options, default values, and descriptions 
included in the documentation. Most jquery plugins have this.

I agree. I just really have not had the time.

I started moving the project to github with this in mind. Was also going to 
include the source and node.js build scripts with automated testing and all the 
bells and whistles.

I managed to do move the multifile upload plugin,

But I just really haven't had the time to do Star Rating yet.

Sure. if you can send me a list of the options, I can figure out what they do 
and submit a pull request.

Also, thanks for moving to github. I like it much better :)
