Split stars doesn't work with readOnly attribute #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to setup jQuery Star Rating with split stars and the readOnly attribute 
enabled together

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Expected output is a readonly version of the split stars
-What I see instead is the deprecated <noscript> version - radio buttons

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: v3.13
JQUERY VERSION: 1.4.2 (bundled with Wordpress)

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S): Firefox 3.6.8

Please provide a link to where the problem can be observed:

I'm having the same issue with the same version of the plugin and on multiple 
browsers. This is happening for both readOnly and disabled stars.

had the same problem;
fixed by adding the jquery.MetaData.js
