Is the Spatial Reference Correct? #3

@edeeba13 Are you sure that 'NAD 1983 StatePlane Missouri East FIPS 2401 (US Feet)' is the correct spatial reference?

Looking into this now. It was not correct.

@edeeba13 Your coords are Lat and Lon, use "WGS 1984" for the spatial reference

Also, I think you have your xcoords, ycoords reveresed. they should be:
